Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a diverse range of innovative initiatives that will influence the business landscape.
  • Guide teams through the entire testing lifecycle of technology or digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional business partners to identify problems, establish product vision, define business models, and outline jobs-to-be-done. Work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and evaluate business solutions.
  • Engage with research, innovation, and external collaborators to shape the organization’s product strategy.
  • Oversee the reporting of testing outcomes across a comprehensive portfolio of projects and collaborate with product teams to prioritize impactful activities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather roadmap items, prioritize initiatives, and jointly plan the implementation of testing and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in product or project management within a technology-focused organization.
  • Proven experience in leading technology projects and managing large-scale transformations.
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to engage and work cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • A self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging in both business and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and lead through influence.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Augmented/Virtual Reality, Generative AI, and AI/ML.
  • Background in developing Proofs of Concept, Pilots, and conducting user testing.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Education:

  • Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
