Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing relationships with potential investors interested in UK property developments. You'll leverage your expertise in real estate and your proficiency in Arabic to support a diverse range of clients seeking top-tier property investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement business development strategies to target potential investors and clients interested in UK property development.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, and institutional clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the UK property market and understand investor needs.
  • Presentations: Present property development projects to clients, clearly communicating the investment benefits and opportunities available.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Client Support: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK property laws, regulations, and market trends to provide clients with informed advice. Provide support and guidance to clients post-sale, ensuring long-term relationships and continued success.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential for communicating with our Arabic-speaking client base.
  • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of UK property markets and the ability to identify profitable investment opportunities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai's Real Estate Market: Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and its cross-border investment opportunities is a plus.
