Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Stewarding Manager to join our team at Wizejob Human Resource Consultancies. As a key member of the hotel's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and hygiene in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • To lead a team of stewards, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties to a high standard.
  • To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, including the kitchen, food production areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • To implement effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • To develop and implement training programs for the stewarding team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or five-star hotel.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
