About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audio Engineer to join our team at Production Resource Group. As a key member of our Audio Department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality audio solutions for our clients in the Special Events, Touring Music, and Corporate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audio System Design and Installation: Work with our team to design, prepare, install, and test audio equipment for live events and productions.
  2. Equipment Management: Ensure that all audio equipment is correctly installed, tested, and fully operational prior to commencement of any rehearsal, sound check, or show.
  3. Quality Control: Maintain the Company's quality standards at all times, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and that any faulty or damaged equipment is clearly marked and reported to the Service Manager.
  4. Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with the Audio Operations and Planning Managers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  5. Health and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment, adhering to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of the industry.
  2. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CAD, and/or Vectorworks, as well as experience with Networking, Dante, AVB, and fiber protocols and topology.
  3. Knowledge: Familiarity with L'Acoustics speaker systems, design, and software, Digico, Midas, Avid consoles, Shure, and Sennheiser products.
  4. Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a methodical and analytical approach to work.
