Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide initial support to customers and escalate technical queries to the Customer Innovation Centre (CIC) as necessary.
  • Control credit blocks proactively and solve or escalate issues to Sales or Finance.
  • Handle invoice and account queries, raising and checking credit notes as required.
  • Report any service issues to the Internal Account Manager.
  • Organize the return of goods in line with Company procedures and implement the dispatch of replacements as necessary.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure that department KPIs are met.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential, with any additional language being advantageous.
  • Education: A business degree or relevant experience is required.
  • Team player: You must be a true team player and culturally aware.
  • Priorities: You must be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • System knowledge: Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is desirable.
