Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the logistics and inventory team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, stock turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and improve supply chain resilience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address potential supply chain risks and disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for inventory management.
  • Manage returns, repairs, and replacements of defective products.
  • Process and issue credit notes as necessary.
  • Oversee documentation for returned hotel properties and their status.
  • Provide timely updates to accounts payable, including supporting documentation.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of supplies on order and within our inventory management system.
  • Support the Assistant and Cost Controller during monthly inventory reconciliations and audits.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the inventory management system.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts of operating equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Cost Controller and Assistant Cost Controller.
Qualifications

Experienced logistics professional seeking leadership opportunity in hospitality inventory management.
