Follow-up Audits and Stakeholder CommunicationMonitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken, and collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to address audit concerns.
Regulatory Updates and Knowledge ManagementStay informed about changes in relevant regulations and standards that may impact our organization, and maintain knowledge of audit management software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements- Education and Certification
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, and a professional certification such as BCAA Certified ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CIA, CPA, or CISA.
Experience and ExpertiseMinimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in internal auditing with big4, including at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, and in-depth knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
Regulatory Knowledge and Analytical SkillsFamiliarity with relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting standards, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication and Leadership SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively, and demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of auditors.
Ethical Conduct and AdaptabilityHigh level of integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of auditing and business interactions, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
