We are looking for a talented Instrumentation Specialist to revise designs based on the latest technology in manufacturing and material science.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in manufacturing and material science.
  • Apply this knowledge to revise designs and improve product quality.
Collaboration and Communication

As an Instrumentation Specialist, you will mentor and coach lower-level engineers in related disciplines.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Compliance and Documentation

We require an Instrumentation Specialist to establish test specifications and procedures to ensure that all design requirements are met.

  • Develop and implement test procedures to ensure compliance with design requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Experience and Education Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a gas turbine engine test environment.
  • Experience operating test equipment in a jet engine test cell, with a focus on data acquisition systems for gas turbines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of air power systems, including aircraft integration, propulsion, avionics, and mission systems.
  • Familiarity with military and defense industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Ability to contribute to and write technical proposals development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to precision-guided munition air power systems.
