Job Title: Bellman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bellman to join our team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including tagging, storing, and retrieving items from the holding room.
  • Deliver items to guest rooms, including messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, and sundry items.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a similar position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write.
