About the Role

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer to join our team. As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing visual communication concepts that align with our company's brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animation, video, sound, and content for clients' use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, and other electronic media.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work with clients and project teams to review and recommend design options, functionality, and programming needs.
  • Web Interface Design: Design Web interfaces, develop layout design and concept, select and secure appropriate illustrative materials, and create engaging animations using After Effects and other animation applications.
  • Concept Development: Create visual representations of concepts and ideas.
  • Content Structure: Create clear content structure and categorization.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify problems and execute effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BFA in Design or strong portfolios showcasing creative thinking process and visually compelling, practical, and emotionally engaging design work.
  • Experience: 23 years of PR, advertising, branding, or agency experience.
  • Skills: Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, keen ability to take criticism and incorporate feedback to make designs better, positive and enthusiastic attitude to pursue atypical ideas that inspire action, strong presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Work Conditions
  • Office Environment: General office setting.
  • Location: Must reside in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
