Main Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience on various devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, iterate on design solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design for both web and mobile applications.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in visual design methodologies and tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into creative design solutions.
  • Graphic design skills (using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator) are a bonus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Visual Design Specialist or similar role.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of visual design projects, with additional graphic design work considered a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
