Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Architectural Designer / Visualizer. Our team requires someone with expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing architectural projects that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and presenting architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings. Additionally, they should be skilled in creating high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces using software such as 3ds Max and other rendering tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design architectural projects ensuring aesthetic and functional requirements are met.
  • Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
  • Create high-quality visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
  • Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate ideas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
  • Experience in design, visualization, and familiarity with local authorities' guidelines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD for precise architectural drafting and Revit for Building Information Modelling (BIM).
  • Experienced with SketchUp for conceptual designs and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production and presentation materials.

This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail.
