The Aquatic Safety Supervisor is tasked with ensuring the well-being of guests utilizing the aquatic facilities within the hotel environment. This role demands a keen sense of vigilance, comprehensive knowledge of water safety protocols, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Aquatic Areas:
Supervise all swimming and water-related activities to guarantee guest safety.

Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify hazards or potentially dangerous situations.

Implement Safety Regulations
Enforce hotel and pool safety regulations to prevent accidents and foster a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Provide essential guidance and information to guests regarding water safety and appropriate pool usage.

Emergency Response
React promptly and appropriately in emergency situations, such as drowning incidents or injuries.

Administer first aid or CPR as necessary and coordinate with medical professionals or emergency services when required.

Maintain Lifeguard Equipment
Ensure that all lifeguard equipment, including rescue tubes, first aid kits, and AEDs, is maintained in optimal working condition.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant department.
