  • Apply recruitment policies and procedures accurately to ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Participate in professional recruitment fairs to enhance opportunities for attracting qualified candidates and facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Respond to business needs for temporary recruitment by creating a network to search and attract talent through various channels.
  • Ensure the availability and completeness of candidate documents, contracts, and employment procedures, and maintain accurate records for periodic reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and organizational unit officials to share and support developments and results of the recruitment process.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve policies, procedures, processes, and systems to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Support the implementation of the annual strategic and operational plan prepared by the department director to achieve specified goals and ensure optimal performance of operations and tasks related to employment.
  • Perform any duties assigned by the direct manager in a timely and reliable manner, ensuring that assigned tasks are completed to the fullest extent.
