Scheduling, Registration, and AdmissionAs a Patient Access Representative, you will perform scheduling, registration, and admission activities, gathering demographic, insurance, and other information from patients and accurately entering it into our hospital information system (HIS).
Verifying Financial EligibilityYou will verify financial eligibility and ensure completion of supported documents/approvals upon scheduling/registration activities completion, ensuring seamless billing and reimbursement processes.
Performing Billing and ReconciliationOur Patient Access Representative will perform billing, reconciliation, and cashier activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient accounts.
Multitasking in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentYou will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
Developing and Meeting TargetsOur ideal candidate will develop and meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, contributing to the success of our department and hospital.

Flexibility and AdaptabilityAs a Patient Access Representative, you will be required to work different shift duties according to the necessity of our operational hours, including morning and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
Collaboration and CommunicationYou will participate in cross-functional teams and committees as appropriate, facilitating and participating in ongoing training and development.
