We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.
About the Role
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer pain points and provide solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, preferably in the property management, SaaS or vacation rental industry.
- Proven track record of sales achievement with an aggressive drive to achieve high targets; results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
