We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring that our interests are protected and that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Lead and manage all contractual aspects of our projects, including notifications, formal communications, and commercial/contractual claims.
- Project Development: Support the legal team in the preparation of project agreements, including the EPC contract, Owners Engineer Service Agreement, and Interconnection Agreement.
- Claim Management: Evaluate the legitimacy of any claim and perform a regular review of the claim strategy with the Project Execution Manager.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the construction supervisory team, Site/Construction Manager, and senior management team to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contract Administration: Establish procedures for the awarding and administration of project contracts, and ensure that our company's registration documents, certifications, and permits are up to date.
- Education: Degree in Engineering and/or Law.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience working with large complex projects in the Energy Oil & Gas industry.
- Skills: Professional Certification and/or relevant experience in Contracts Management, collaborative solutions-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and ability to dive into the details of non-contractual matters.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Location: Based in Dubai, with regular trips to the construction site and site assignments of different durations.
- Work Environment: Dynamic, fast-paced project environment, requiring adaptability and quick decision-making.
