Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Aviation Hospitality Specialist. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality of self for assigned flights.
  • Attending briefing sessions to ensure acknowledgement of flight details, distribution of roles, targets, security checks, boarding, etc.
  • Instructing passengers on safety procedures to be followed, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Identifying areas of safety and security risks and partnering with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role.
  • Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role in the Airlines/Aviation/hospitality Industries shall be treated as an added value.

Key Skills

  • Fluency in Written and Spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes and busy schedules.
