Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Executive to join our team at Sharaf DG LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day inventory responsibilities, providing support to the inventory team leader and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory quantities and values.
  • Receive and process stock, materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  • Create and validate GRNs, LPOs, and invoices for received merchandise.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of suppliers' invoices.
  • Generate PRET and LTI documents as required by the merchandising team.
  • Ensure that Brand Promise products are kept separate and handed over to the Brand Promise Officer.
  • Update the purchase return report and send it to the Merchandising team weekly.
  • Authorize display items with the Store Manager and reflect them on POS.
  • Manage HVS activities and update the inventory log book.
  • Count, sort, and check incoming merchandise, verifying against requisitions and invoices.
  • Assist the Inventory Team Leader in compiling SNP reports and conducting perpetual inventory counts.
  • Manage and maintain the Stock Room.
Requirements
  • 13 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree.
  • Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, follow-up coordination, numerical skills, and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and IT savvy with hands-on experience with marketing-related software.
