We are seeking a skilled Payment Analyst to join our rapidly growing workforce in Dubai. As a key member of our Merchant Services and Payments department, you will be responsible for processing client funding and resolving queries related to client deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
  • Assist in financial transactions of customer deposits and withdrawals, working closely with PSPs to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain excellent communication, providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports to management.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs set by management, managing escalations as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payments Analyst within the financial or Forex sector.
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
