Emirates General Services Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Assistance professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quarterly facility assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance facilities management.
  • Supervise service providers to ensure they meet performance standards, respond promptly to customer needs, and maintain high-quality work.
  • Prepare weekly reports on service provider performance, quality of work, and any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including schedules, costs, and outcomes.
  • Monitor facilities throughout their warranty period to identify and address any deficiencies.
  • Perform non-routine maintenance activities as needed to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide support to the General Services and Projects team as needed for facilities projects.
  • Maintain current facilities records and files, including KPIs and SLAs.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys twice a year and develop a service improvement plan based on root cause analysis.
  • Provide required support and follow-up for campus needs, including setups, events, exams, and day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on complaints and request logs related to facilities maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Health and Safety as needed for maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
