Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Back Office professional to join our dynamic team at Fragrance Science. As a key member of our sales department, you will provide executive and administrative support to our front office team, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding customer expectations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the front office team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Assisting in day-to-day sales activities, including preparing quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Screening and channeling incoming information, including emails and phone calls, and responding to client inquiries as needed.
- Preparing reports, overviews, plans, forecasts, and notes to keep management informed on sales activities and operations.
- Participating in organizing business meetings, visits, and trips, and preparing budgets and expense reports.
You will also be responsible for leading between internal departments to follow up on projects and orders, and managing corporate administrative tasks through our AXS portal.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent English language skills, 3-5 years of experience in sales or back office tasks, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. You should also be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
