Job Description:

The Sales Director for Specialist Services' Defense business line will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in existing and new markets.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in existing and new markets.
  • Sales Performance Management: Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and consistently work to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging needs, and potential clients within the defense sector.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prime contractors, OEMs, and government entities.
