AVENTA is seeking an Offshore Methods Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shallow water activities such as S-Lay, Jacket, Deck, Cables, and Structures installation.

As a key member of our engineering services team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of offshore methods and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare complete engineering installation packages, including installation procedures, rigging drawings, checklists, trial lift and load out procedures.
  • Follow up all interfaces with the installation analysis team, including input and review of analysis/design reports.
  • Oversee operation phases, including temporary items material procurement, vessel mobilization, and subcontractor contracts.
  • Assist the project side vessel management team during mobilization, testing, and installation phases.
  • Manage a team of method/operations engineers and draftsman for the preparation of installation documents.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in installation engineering, including operation follow-up and offshore experiences. A Master's degree in Mechanical/Civil (preferable) or other Engineering degree is required.
