Electrical and Instrumentation Installation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Installation Lead to join our team at the National Petroleum Construction Company Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems on our projects.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that all E&I installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard. Your expertise in leading cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to install and commission E&I systems.
  • Develop and implement installation plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with design teams to resolve conflicts and provide input on design improvements.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure delivery of high-quality materials and services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E&I installation and commissioning, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and Microsoft Project software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
