- Education: A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in luxury retail sales and/or social media management within the high-end jewellery, watch, or fashion industry.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or Chinese is a plus.
- Digital Expertise: Experience in social media analytics, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.
