About the Role

STG Contracting & Building Works is seeking a highly skilled Civil Draftsman to join our team in the UAE. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for civil construction projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create accurate and detailed civil drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
  • Evaluate and ensure all drawings comply with UAE's standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and specifications.
  • Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination plans as required.
  • Maintain an organized drawing database and ensure version control for all documentation.
  • Support on-site drafting-related queries and contribute to project execution.
  • Participate in project meetings to align drawings with construction progress.

Qualifications and Experience

  • ">
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman, preferably in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of BIM is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction practices and UAE regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
