Job Description:

The Executive Assistant to the Chairman will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman's office, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  2. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  3. Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • At least 8 years' experience in office management and effective communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Critical thinking and analysis competencies.
  • Expedited problem-solving and crisis mitigation.
