As a key member of the HR & Training department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of all Training & Competency records. This includes maintaining data within the organization’s Learning Hub and any local tracking systems that may be in place.

User Support:
You will provide essential support to users of the company Learning Hub, managing user accounts and facilitating access to training materials.

Reporting and Analysis:
Your role will involve maintaining comprehensive records and preparing monthly reports that reflect the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Training & Competency.

Training Facilitation:
Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions that focus on the effective use of the company Learning Hub, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills to utilize the resources available.
