Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience working as a CRM Manager in an online platform environment.
- Experience in campaign execution, configuration, marketing, CRM, or production operations is preferred.
- Have a good understanding of online platform and online travel agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- A go-the-extra-mile mentality, showing a proactive approach and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
- A person with speed and attention to detail.
- A fast learner and proficient multi-tasker.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
