Your Role:
- Design and execute CRM plans to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Partner with internal departments to create, coordinate, and manage campaign-related content across CRM channels.
- Monitor and optimize CRM performance across diverse user segments to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
- Analyze CRM channel performance to maintain sustainable growth and efficiency.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign ROI and enhance customer experiences.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize on-site marketing channels and improve their effectiveness.
- Test and discover new CRM channels.
What You'll Need:
- Over 5 years of experience working as a CRM Manager in an online platform environment.
- Experience in campaign execution, configuration, marketing, CRM, or production operations is preferred.
- Good understanding of online platforms and online travel agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- A go-the-extra-mile mentality, showing a proactive approach and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
- A person with speed and attention to detail.
- A fast learner and proficient multi-tasker.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
