  • Coordonner et s'assurer que tous les rapports de gestion quotidiens, semi-mensuels et mensuels sont émis de manière précise et en temps voulu.
  • Aider à l'utilisation efficace et à l'intégration des systèmes technologiques hôteliers et financiers, y compris les applications logicielles, actuelles et futures.
  • Participer au planning des Directeurs de Service, en alternant avec d'autres responsables seniors de l'hôtel tout au long de l'année.
  • Contribuer activement à la direction et à la leadership global de l'hôtel.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.
Qualifications

Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :

  • Une désignation professionnelle ou un diplôme universitaire acceptable avec une spécialisation appropriée en finance, ou être inscrit dans un programme de comptabilité reconnu avec progression vers le 4ème ou 5ème niveau.
  • Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en finance hôtelière et une expérience financière antérieure à un niveau de gestion.
  • Des compétences avérées en leadership et en coaching avec un historique de développement d'une équipe de professionnels financiers hautement motivés et polyvalents.
  • Une familiarité avec les systèmes et logiciels opérationnels hôteliers, y compris GFS/SUN, Hyperion, Microsoft Office, Genesis Cal Accounting, POS, Opera et Sales & Catering.
  • Excellentes compétences administratives, interpersonnelles, organisationnelles, ainsi que des compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
