Job Overview:

This role is responsible for coordinating the admissions process, supporting prospective families, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless school operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the admissions process by maintaining records, communicating with stakeholders, and processing applications.
  • Manage parent/guest tours, respond to queries, and provide essential information about the school.
  • Enhance the school's image by engaging with prospective parents, sharing key information, and promoting the institution's goals and values.
  • Guide overseas prospective parents through the application process, explain fees, and clarify admission requirements.
  • Coordinate paperwork, monitor deadlines, and update databases as necessary.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, organize files, and manage incoming acceptance forms.
  • Support events, maintain digital platforms, create promotional materials, and coordinate logistics for school visits.
  • Comply with office protocols, ensure a professional workspace, respect confidentiality, handle communications efficiently, and keep applicant records up-to-date on Engage.
  • Collaborate with the Admin team to update the Engage database, track applicant progress, and provide reports on student applications.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports to school administrators, focusing on enrollment trends, waiting lists, and strategic planning.

Work Environment:

  • May involve prolonged sitting, computer use, and movement within the school building.
  • A fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, frequent interruptions, and effective handling of multiple tasks.
  • Requires attention to sensory demands, computer usage, and exposure to light sources.
