Key Responsibilities:- AP/Payroll Process Management: Own and manage the entire AP/Payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and employees.
- Supplier Invoice Management: Record and update suppliers' invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contract Cost Management: Record and reconcile all contract costs, ensuring they are accurately recorded and in line with company policy.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments, cheques, bank transfers, and other financial transactions.
- Employee Dues Management: Check and record settlement for employee dues, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Intercompany Transaction Management: Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Utility and Bill Payment Management: Process payments for utilities and other bills, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Subcontractor/Supplier/Client Payment Management: Process payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, maintaining accurate records of payments.
