  • Support Guest Services: Direct guests to appointments, assist with the use of spa facilities, and prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines.
  • Manage Linen Inventory: Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Ensure Locker Room Maintenance: Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner, ensuring all amenities are stocked and available for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred, demonstrating a commitment to guest safety and well-being.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Reliability and Responsibility: Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
