Job Requirements

  1. Completion of a recognized Food Safety Course (FSC) in the UAE.
  2. Proven knowledge and application of food safety principles and standards, including ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, and Retail Audit Standards.
  3. Valid UAE driving license.
  4. Significant experience in kitchen audits.
  5. Dubai Municipality approval.
  6. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Food Safety Trainer or a relevant role.
  7. Liaise with local regulators and authorities to resolve food safety disputes.
  8. Respond to client inquiries regarding food safety concerns or incidents.
  9. Provide technical support on food safety issues, audits, and inspections.
  10. Conduct food safety audits and inspections to verify compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  11. Develop training materials and train clients on food safety principles and practices.
  12. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential food safety hazards.
  13. Effective communication and presentation skills.
