- Reporting fleet utilization to support program service providers and subsequent invoice validation.
- Revision of the used document library.
- Ensuring that adequate systems and procedures are in place to manage all controlled documents in accordance with corporate policy and make necessary amendments.
- Ensuring the constant availability and validity of documents.
- Administration of DC Aviation Al-Futtaim manuals, etc.
- Processing of DC Aviation Al-Futtaim information letters.
- Administration of operational documents (maintenance, flight operations).
- Control of the status of revision.
- Manage and control of publications and subscriptions from manufacturers, suppliers, and authorities.
- Control of subscriptions.
- Checking and distribution of requests made by authorities via the internet.
- Providing DC Aviation Al-Futtaim departments and staff with the necessary documents and manuals.
- Maintaining and revising of department's web/internet portals.
- Provide support to operational management as required.
- Implement corrective actions as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in aviation maintenance/operations or quality roles.
- A sound understanding of aviation regulations in both EU and local contexts.
- High attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
- High motivation and flexibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
