We are seeking a highly skilled AI Model Developer to join our team at Dice. As a key member of our AI team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Train AI Models: Design, develop, and train large-scale generative AI models, including LLMs, text-to-image models, and other advanced AI models.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into our products and services.
- Optimize Model Performance: Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure high-quality results, and continuously optimize model performance to meet business objectives.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply relevant new knowledge to our AI projects.
- Scale Models and Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Develop a deep understanding of how to scale models and identify opportunities for model improvement to drive business growth.
- Enhance Customer Experiences: Use predictive modeling to enhance and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
- Lead Data Experiments: Design and lead data experiments under the iterative testing framework to drive business decisions.
- Communicate Complex Analysis: Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in developing and training AI/ML models.
- Technical Skills: Experience with data querying languages like SQL, scripting languages like Python, and/or statistical/mathematical software e.g. R.
- Knowledge of Generative AI Models: Knowledge of state-of-the-art generative AI models such as GPT-3, DALL-E, and CLIP.
- Cloud Infrastructure Experience: Experience with Cloud infrastructure and Platforms - Azure / Google Cloud Platform / AWS.
- Additional Skills: Working experience with Kore.AI and Prompt Engineering is a plus, as well as experience with training and evaluating large-scale models on high-performance computing clusters.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, or other Science related discipline with course work in AI/ML.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and training AI models.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Additional Skills: Experience with scaling up generative models and deploying them in production environments, as well as ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
