Role Overview

The Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Senior Plants Manager. This position is essential for delivering effective support and ensuring the successful execution of procurement and logistics operations while optimizing resource utilization in line with established standards. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative and logistical functions, maintaining comprehensive records for all operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing certificates of origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce and the economy department.
  • Entering orders into the system and adhering to the entry process.
  • Documenting order details in the Billing Tracker Sheet.
  • Ensuring orders are verified before releasing Shipping Instructions.
  • Coordinating with the logistics team to issue Shipping Instructions and tracking shipping schedules.
  • Monitoring EX-Factory dates and shipping information.
  • Requesting billing once the Terms of Sale are fulfilled with the customer.
  • Ensuring all incoming orders and sales contracts receive order acknowledgments within a week.
  • Handling all internal customer inquiries related to orders.
  • Preparing presentations as directed by the Manager.
  • Executing tasks as instructed by the Manager.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience or internship in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with office software and ERP systems.
