Key Responsibilities
  • Project Proposal Development: Collaborate with ICBA's scientists and experts to design and develop project proposals that meet donor requirements and align with our strategic objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of host country projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective execution, and alignment with national strategies.
  • Special Initiatives: Lead special projects, such as COPs, in consultation with the Director General, ensuring their successful execution and impact.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: University degree in development studies or a related field, preferably at Master's level.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proposal writing experience, preferably in agriculture research and development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent writing and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
