About the Role

The Human Resources Department at New Development Bank is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR operations team, you will play a vital role in providing support to the Compensation and Benefits function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual HR budget to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to prepare analytical reports on compensation, benefits, budgeting, and employee costs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team members and external vendors to deliver high-quality services and achieve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR operations execution and delivery.
  • Experience managing Oversight committees/Trusts for Staff Retirement plans or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
