We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our team at Michael Page. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of potential healthcare investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and equity investments.
- Stay current with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and market dynamics to identify strategic investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Perform in-depth due diligence on potential investment targets, assessing their financial health, competitive positioning, and growth prospects.
- Develop and implement financial models and valuation methodologies to assess the fair value of healthcare assets and companies.
- Evaluate investment risks and propose strategies to mitigate them, including sensitivity analysis and stress testing.
- Prepare investment proposals, reports, and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor the performance of existing healthcare investments, track key performance indicators, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, M&A or related fields
- Exceptional analytical, numerical and deal support skills (particularly extensive financial modeling skills) - ideally CFA qualified
- Healthcare sector experience
