About the Position

This Inbound Service Specialist role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of inbound logistics. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of inbound logistics
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in inbound logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
