About the Job

Premier Inn Hotels LLC is seeking a charismatic and customer-centric Front Desk Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless reservation management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Manage all aspects of bookings, including cancellations and modifications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our system.
  • Optimize revenue through effective rate configuration in Opera PMS system.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRS systems.
  • Advanced English language skills.
