Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools (such as Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with the project team to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that the right resources are available at the right time.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with project timelines and goals.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management on milestones, delays, and any necessary corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects (roadworks, bridges, utilities, etc.).
  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in planning software, including Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
