We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager Associate to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director Leasing in establishing leasing objectives, providing recommendations for layout changes, and managing relationships with current and potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in Establishing Leasing Objectives: Collaborate with the Director Leasing to outline leasing objectives, including the amount of space to be leased, time frame required to lease, and target rental rate to be achieved.
- Provide Recommendations for Layout Changes: Offer suggestions for changes in the layout to maximize leasing opportunities and ensure a favorable retail mix.
- Manage Tenant Relationships: Foster beneficial relationships with current and potential tenants, handle inquiries promptly, and arrange site visits for potential tenants.
- Collate Information for Feasibility Studies: Assist in gathering data from other business units to provide inputs for feasibility studies, including estimated rental value and potential tenant mix.
- Prepare Leasing Agreements: Assist in preparing leasing agreements between the Company and tenants, ensure completion of all documents, and manage renewal agreements.
- Prepare Leasing Activity Reports: Prepare regular reports on leasing activity and the status of negotiations with potential tenants.
- Collaborate with Property Operations: Work with the Director Leasing to liaise with Property Operations and develop a strategy for lease extension negotiations, identifying retail gaps and suitable retailers.
- Prospect for New Tenants: Identify new tenants and conduct negotiations with multiple tenants for each lettable space, making recommendations to the Leasing Committee.
- Prepare Lease Agreements: Prepare lease agreements and necessary documents for commercial and legal binding with tenants, in coordination with the HO Legal Department and Leasing staff.
- Provide Lease Management Data: Provide necessary data and reports concerning lease management as requested.
