Natixis Elevon Core, a leader in the global financial services industry, seeks a highly motivated and organized Administrative Manager to join its Procurement and Workplace department in the Middle East. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our business lines and ensuring the smooth operation of our Dubai offices.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations of the Procurement and Workplace department, including coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
  • Providing strategic support to the Head of Procurement & Workplace, including developing policies, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including inventory management, expense reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinating communication efforts, including drafting letters, preparing presentations, and organizing events.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service.
