Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bellboy Driver to join our team at The Act Hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, handling their luggage, and responding to their queries.
  • Operate the hotel car/bus to transport guests to and from the airport, as well as around the hotel premises.
  • Control and maintain the parking spaces and key cabinet, ensuring they are clean and well-organized.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and mail, and provide information about the hotel and its services.
  • Ensure effective handovers with the night shift team and maintain good public relations with guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy luggage and long periods of standing.
  • Smart and well-groomed appearance at all times.
