Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabin Crew Representative to join our team at AirArabia-India (G9IN). As a Cabin Crew Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome passengers and assist with their boarding formalities, provide constant excellent customer service, and attend to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
  • Safety Measures: Instruct passengers on safety procedures, identify areas of safety and security risks, and administer first aid when necessary.
  • Conduct: Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality of self for assigned flights, attend briefings, and conduct post-flight assessments.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Age: Between 20 to 30 years for candidates without previous experience as a Cabin Crew.
  • Height: Minimum 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
  • Weight: Proportionate to Age and Height.
  • Clear Skin: No marks or tattoos visible while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
  • Medical Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
  • Language: Fluent in Written and Spoken English, Arabic is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Training: First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures.
  • Experience: Previous experience as cabin crew or in customer service roles in Airlines/Aviation or hospitality industries.
  • License: Active cabin crew license is an advantage.
