Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mixology Expert to join our team at Shangri-La Group. As a key member of our luxury hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our discerning guests.

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Beverage Service: Fulfill guest orders in a timely and organized manner, working closely with the Sofra BLD team to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Team Collaboration: Assist other Shangri-La colleagues and departments as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Drink Selection: Assist guests and colleagues in selecting the perfect drink option for each customer, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of beverages.
• Cleanliness and Orderliness: Maintain high levels of cleanliness and orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Client Queries and Complaints: Empathetically listen to client queries and complaints, working with colleagues and the Service Manager to find solutions and resolve issues.

• Passion for Bartending: A genuine passion for bartending and a desire to deliver a five-star experience.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire others, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Knowledge of Beverages: A deep understanding of beverages and the ability to recommend and serve a wide range of drinks.
• Efficiency and Punctuality: A strong focus on efficiency and punctuality, ensuring that guest orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
